Job Description

Maven Properties is a leading real estate company committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a Transaction Coordinator to support our agents and ensure seamless real estate transactions from contract to close.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage real estate transactions, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and title companies.
  • Prepare and review contracts, disclosures, and other legal documents.
  • Track escrow timelines and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Communicate transaction updates to all parties involved.
  • Maintain accurate and organized transaction files.
  • Assist with scheduling property inspections, appraisals, and closings.
  • Support real estate agents with administrative tasks to streamline the closing process.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Prior experience as a Transaction Coordinator or in real estate administration preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and transaction management platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
  • Familiarity with local real estate laws and compliance requirements.
