Yonker Group, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in managing real estate transactions and supporting marketing efforts across our brands—Yonker Construction and Yonker Group, our team of experienced real estate agents representing spec builds, buyers, and sellers.

This is an in-person role, located at our offices in Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full transaction process from contract to close, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of all documentation.
• Review and process real estate contracts and related documents.
• Provide exceptional communication and service to clients and team members throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Accurately enter and maintain listings in the MLS.
• Manage rental listings, including marketing, showings, tenant screenings, lease agreements, renewals, and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Coordinate scheduling for listing media, company events, and broker open houses.
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) and support content creation.
• Collaborate with industry partners to develop and acquire marketing assets.
• Assist in producing print and digital marketing materials such as mailers and listing promotions.
• Lead weekly team meetings to align on current projects and responsibilities.
• Curate award submissions for local and national homebuilder associations.

Experience

• Previous experience with real estate transactions is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of escrow and contract processes is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and transactions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of:

• TransactionDesk
• ARMLS
• Microsoft Office Suite
• CINC (CRM)
• Social Media Management & Video Editing Tools
• High attention to detail and accuracy, especially in financial and contract-related tasks.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to take initiative.
