Serve as a translator during interviews, between hiring managers and non-English speaking candidates. Support the Human Resources new hire orientation by delivering translations of important information and ensuring the understanding of policies, procedures, and benefits. Provide ongoing language support to new hires during their onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns that may arise.
