Variable Days. Start time 6am or 10am

MUST have Blood Bank Exp

Types of Procedures: generalist - Hematology, Coag, urinalysis, chemistry serology, limited microbiology

First-timers accepted: Yes
Charting Experience REQ: EPIC
Special Requirements: Recent Blood Bank Experience (within 2 years)
Weekend REQ: variable weekends
Floating required? No
Certs REQ: CLS, CA License
Open to accommodating block schedule? Yes - 8 ON, 6 OFF
Locals accepted: No
Pending State License accepted: No
RTO restrictions: ALL RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility's needs.
Guaranteed Hours: Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks

Pay Package:
Total Hourly Pay Rate: $65.15 Per Hour
On W2(Taxable): $20.00 Per Hour
Stipend(Non-Taxable): $45.15 Per Hour

Weekly Breakdown:
Weekly Gross: $2,606.00 Per Week
On W2(Taxable): $800.00 Per Week
Stipend(Non-Taxable): $1,806.00 Per Week
