\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 36/36 or 36/48 schedule with guaranteed hours
\n• 4 weekend shifts required per schedule period
\n• No call responsibilities
\n• Patient ratio of 2:1 for days, nights, and weekends
\n• Float to PCU with some possible medical-surgical when needed
\n• Minimum 1 year of ICU experience required
\n• First time travelers accepted
\n• Required certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale
\n• Must live 100+ miles from facility
\n• 16 hours of non-billable orientation beginning on Sundays with online CBLs
\n• Epic charting system experience preferred
\n• Care for adult patients in 38-bed ICU unit
\n• Expected to participate in nursing student support and clinical education
\n• Work with specialized equipment including balloon pumps, Swan-Ganz, Impella, temporary pacemakers, EVDs, and CRRT
\n• Manage complex conditions including ventilated patients, continuous IV sedation, arterial lines, central lines, and vasoactive drips
\n• Drug test must be completed within 12-14 calendar days prior to start date
\n• Facial hair must be trimmed for CDC fit testing guidelines
\n• Complete 4-5 hours of non-billable modules during orientation
