POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Graduate of approved school in Radiologic Technology as evidenced by verification of ARRT database. CT Registry preferred as evidenced by verification of ARRT database.
Experience: One-year CT experience is preferred.
Licenses/Certificates: Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. BLS required.
POSITION PURPOSE
The Computed Tomography – Radiologic Technologist, under the supervision of the Radiologist, is required to perform routine CT procedures and invasive CT procedures as governed by the Radiologist. The Technologist must knowledgeable of cross sectional anatomy and the physics of Computed Tomography. The Technologist must be proficient in general diagnostic radiographic procedures, as needed. The Technologist must exhibit expertise in patient care based on patient’s needs appropriate for the infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient. The Technologist must utilize good public relations and decision-making skills to incorporate patient education and professionalism and adhere to the commitment of quality exhibited by the facility.

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.
