Home Health experience including OASIS documentation, EMR proficiency, IV and Wound care, Phlebotomy, Catheter care, RN MI state License and BLS copy Shift or schedule requirements. Weekdays - will be in weekend/call/holiday rotation Escanaba Home Health call is: 1 day per week, every 6th weekend Home Health requires autonomous practice in patient’s home, supervisors are available for support Will go within a 60 mile radius of Escanaba MI
