• Location: Lebanon, PA 17042 (Pennsylvania nursing jobs)\n
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (12/22/2025 – 3/23/2026)\n
• Shift: Day shifts, 4x10-hour shifts/week (start times: 6:45am–5:15pm or 8:45am–7:15pm)\n
• Hours per Week: 40\n
• Call Requirements: Every 6–7 weeks (weekends: Friday 7pm–Sunday 7pm), plus 1 weeknight call/week (7pm–7am, starting in April)\n
• Weekend/Holiday: Coverage for weekends and 1 of 2 major holidays as needed\n
• Patient Population: Pediatric to geriatric\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience (perioperative nursing)\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Pennsylvania RN license preferred)\n
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC only)\n
• EPIC charting experience required\n
• Ability to care for COVID patients as needed\n
• Compliance with tobacco and fragrance-free facility policies\n
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions considered)\n
• Maximum 7 days of requested time off during contract\n

\n\nOperating Room Nurse Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care across surgical specialties: gynecology, orthopedics, general surgery, urology, robotics, endoscopy, cardiothoracic, and vascular surgery\n
• Prepare operating rooms, ensuring equipment and supplies are available and functioning\n
• Assist surgical teams during procedures, maintaining sterile technique and universal protocols\n
• Monitor patient status intraoperatively and respond to emergencies\n
• Accurately document patient care using EPIC electronic health records\n
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide weekend/holiday coverage as scheduled\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient care\n
• Support infection control and safety initiatives within the operating room\n
