Job Description:

Preferred Skills & Experience

1 year of pharmacist experience.

Required:

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy OR Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited program.

Licensure & Certifications

Required:

New York State Pharmacist License OR NYS Internship Permit.
