About the Role:

We are seeking candidates with 1-2 years of B2B sales experience and a strong interest in technology to join our team as a Sales Development Representative. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Orlando, FL With a competitive base salary ranging from $45,000 to $65,000 plus commission, this position offers an incredible opportunity to grow within a fast-paced tech sales environment.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Outreach:  Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, video messaging, and social media to engage prospective clients. Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales representatives.
• Account Research:  Research target accounts and develop personalized outreach strategies to connect with decision-makers effectively.
• CRM Management:  Maintain accurate activity records in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to streamline workflows and enhance pipeline visibility.
• T raining and Development:  Actively participate in role plays, feedback sessions, and coaching to refine your sales skills and exceed performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven ability to meet sales goals and quotas.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce is preferred.
• Passionate about technology and eager to grow in the tech sales field.
• Reside in or be willing to relocate to Orlando, FL
