Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our dynamic team at Oakdale Veterinary Center. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in veterinary management, with expertise in leadership roles such as lead technician or lead customer service representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and smooth workflow
• Provide leadership and guidance to the veterinary team
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
• Implement and optimize practice policies and procedures
• Collaborate with veterinarians and support staff to enhance client and patient experiences
• Utilize financial acumen to contribute to practice profitability

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in veterinary management, preferably in leadership roles such as lead technician or lead customer service representative
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Familiarity with veterinary software and technology
• Understanding of financial aspects of practice management
