About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for EHS, Global Services within the Electrical Sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic oversight, functional expertise, and tactical execution of EHS initiatives for the global electrical services team. This role involves creating and implementing a strategic plan to enhance EHS performance, leading culture transformation, and ensuring compliance with all relevant EHS regulations. The VP will also be the primary point of contact for global customers in EHS matters and will act as a liaison between different regions to drive performance monitoring and alignment. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in engineering, occupational safety, industrial hygiene, environmental discipline, or a related technical field, with at least 8 years' in a services business or manufacturing setting. Expert knowledge of industry, state, and country EHS requirements is essential, as is an understanding of services technologies and processes. A professional certification in a relevant field is preferred. The role requires a leader who can effectively drive and manage change, demonstrate professional presence, and leverage resources to solve problems and meet objectives. The VP will also be responsible for managing a team and must have a proven track record of leadership in a dynamic environment.
