Our Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) is one of the most innovative divisions within Caterpillar. In PSLD, as within all of Caterpillar, our priority is our customers and helping them build a better world. We touch nearly every element of the services value stream from procurement to design and manufacturing to distribution. At our Spokane Distribution Center, PSLD is responsible for Aftermarket Parts Distribution of Cat Parts to our CAT dealer regional customers.
Caterpillar’s Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) is seeking talented Warehouse Associates at our Spokane Distribution Center located at 9610 W. Hallett Road, Spokane, WA 99224.
Shifts:
Actual shift availability varies week by week. Successful candidates will be started as soon as a position becomes available on their requested shift. Please note that this could mean a sizable waiting period before starting.
1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm ($19.00/hour)
2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 2pm – 10:30pm ($20.00/hour)
3rd Shift: Sunday night – Friday morning 10pm – 6:30am ($20.00/hour)
4th Shift: Saturday and Sunday 10am – 8:30pm and Monday and Tuesday 2pm – 12:30am ($20.00/hour)
5th Shift: Wednesday – Friday 2pm – 12:30am and Saturday 10am – 8:30pm ($20.00/hour)
6th Shift: Friday night to Sunday morning 8pm – 8:30am and Sunday night to Monday morning 6pm-6:30am ($21.09/hour)
7th Shift: Monday night to Friday morning 10pm - 8:30am ($20.00/hour)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Safely perform the material handling and warehousing processes required in the receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping of parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.
Operate handheld scanner to access and update information for receiving, counting and order processing.
Willingness to be trained on and operate order pickers, reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and overhead hoists. Keep in mind, not all available positions operate equipment.
Report defects and need for repairs.
Utilize pneumatic tools and/or power tools to build and construct wooden shipping containers.
Utilize tools for the application of paint and rust preventative.
Perform housekeeping functions as required.
Other duties as assigned by Caterpillar management from time to time.

Experience: Demonstrated longevity of at least twelve months in previous employment
Agility: Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds individually, walk approximately 10 to 12 miles per day, sit, stand, squat, and bend over repetitively and consistently, throughout your shift with or without reasonable accommodation.
What You Will Get:
Starting wage is $20.00/hour (paid weekly) for second, third, fourth, fifth and seventh shifts.
Starting wage is $21.09/hour (paid weekly) for sixth shift.
Overtime opportunities paid at time and a half (some may be mandatory).

Summary Pay Range:
$17.90 - $23.30
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
