JOB DESCRIPTION

Warehouse Supervisor

Job Duties

The night warehouse supervisor is an integral part of the operations leadership team and has responsibility for managing and ensuring efficient nighttime warehouse operations. Duties include:

• Supervises performance of employees on assigned shift
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Eagle Rock policies and procedures.
• Responsibility for the overall safety, quality and performance/productivity and customer experience of the shift
• Using strong leadership skills to communicate with and motivate employees
• Formulating and applying disciplinary action as needed to address employee issues
• Assisting in setting targets and tracking KPIs
• Accountability for set goals, including those relating to operational performance, safety and regulatory standards
• Identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing in partnership with other members of leadership
• Ensuring proper training of assigned personnel
• Maintaining a favorable working relationship with employees and customers to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working environment

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• You have a minimum of 1-3 years experience supervising, coaching and developing staff
• You have previous experience in warehousing and/or distribution

Physical Demands and Requirements

• Regularly standing, walking, bending, twisting, lifting and carrying
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40 lbs. regularly and occasionally lifting and/or 100 lbs.
• Requires working in a multiple environments, including: standard office environment, warehouse environment, coolers and outdoors. May be subject to variable weather conditions including: heat, cold, rain and snow

Compensation Range

$55,000-$65,000 Annually + 10% PFP
