In this role, you will conduct daily rounds, assess residents' conditions, and ensure the provision of high-quality care by administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will also collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans, provide staff training, and participate in quality assurance processes. Strong communication, leadership skills, and the ability to manage both resident care and staff performance are essential for this position. Schedule:   ~ Full-time and part-time opportunities ~12-hour shifts (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) | 6:30am - 6:30pm ~ Holidays required What you will need:  Must be 18 years of age or older. Active RN License.
