Summary

We are currently looking for a Certified and NM Licensed CNA  CAREGIVER  for our veteran clients. Our experienced caregivers make more things possible in the lives of our clients due to one-on-one care we can provide in their home. Our future employees receive training from a field supervisor that is present on their first shifts. The main function of the caregiver is to provide care for clients in a safe, secure, and professional environment. Caregivers help assist with the activities of daily living and personal care, as well as the overall supervision of the clients’ physical and mental well-being. We combine professional care management, training, and counseling to deliver superior services to older adults, their families, and the professionals involved in their care.

Compensation

• $35 an hour 
• This position is a non-exempt, hourly position.
• Paid travel time between clients’ homes if travel is within 1 hour between shifts.
• Paid mileage while running errands for clients.
• Additional bonuses and incentives, Employee referral Program.
• Medical/Dental/Vision package offered after 90 days of employment. You must keep and maintain a 36-40-hour work week consecutively for three months. Employer pays one half (1/2) of the coverage for employee only.

Work Hours

• Weekends Saturday/Sunday availability (between 8 AM and 8 PM), weekdays M-F 830-1030 AM and 5-7 PM
• May work a variety of assignments ranging from 1-12 hours. Shifts may include mornings, afternoons, evenings. Assignments will vary depending on clients needs.
