TruCut is the leading supplier of service parts for the HVAC industry. On behalf of our OEM partners, we produce and ship thousands of private-labeled, genuine OEM parts and assemblies to contractors and distributors across the Western Hemisphere. Additionally, we help our partners navigate their supply chain challenges by supplementing their manufacturing lines and providing the crucial support for small to medium-run production needs. Are you an experienced welder that is looking to make a change? If so, we are looking for a couple of talented welders to join our team in our Sebring location.

• Fuse metals with the skill of a surgeon.

What We Are Looking for in You:

• Experience welding like a pro (bonus if you’ve got certificates to prove it!).
• Ability to read blueprints and understand them.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Safety-first mentality.
• A willingness to learn and an openness to be taught.
