Sports Recovery Coach Job Description

-Become and remain knowledgeable of all services provided at Rejuuv Wellness.
-Obtain certifications necessary including CPR, Cryo, Stretch Stretch, Styku, Normatec, Personal Trainer and any other certificate that may pertain to new services/products added to Rejuuv Wellness. It is the Recovery Coach’s responsibility to keep and maintain certification(s).
-Knowledgeable of equipment operations.
-Monitor facility and handle issues that may come up.
-Schedule clients for upcoming appointments.
-Process payments for services.
-Maintain facility cleanliness according to the standards established.
-Follow opening/closing procedures as outlined.
-Communicate issues to Owner and/or Lounge Manager as they arise.
-Answer phone calls and follow up with appropriate action if needed.
-Follow business philosophy, and encourage referrals, and upselling for business growth.
-Troubleshoot Software issues with Members and Customers
-Monitoring social media responsibilities and tasks

-Develop, and maintain personal development goals
