Role Overview: TEAM Enterprises is looking for dynamic, team-oriented individuals who thrive on creating engaging experiences and building brand loyalty. As a Brand Ambassador for an energy drink, you'll be at the forefront of our field marketing efforts, representing our client's products in vibrant, high-energy settings.

Job Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Availability to work evenings and/or weekends.
• Reliable transportation and a valid form of identification
• Experience in customer service or other people-focused roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong product knowledge and the ability to communicate benefits effectively.

Qualifications:

• Ability to set up assets/displays in stores or around campus.
• Ability to lift promotional materials (up to 40 lbs.).
• Flexibility with shifts, which typically occur on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings, as well as Friday, Saturday, and Sunday afternoons.
• Ability to consistently arrive on time and be dependable in fulfilling scheduled shifts.
• The role involves tasks that typically require standing during events. Events last at a minimum of one hour and may last a few hours.
• Work primarily in retail environments which may involve standing near entryways or high-traffic areas. It may also involve working in environments with loud music, large crowds, and low lighting.
• Ability to communicate effectively in noisy settings is important for this role.
• It's essential to note that specific requirements may vary depending on the event, location, and client.
• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Social Posting Requirements:

• Manage and post content on the company-owned Instagram account.
• Monthly KPIs include:
  • 1 carousel post
  • 1 reel
  • 2 story sets
• Content should be engaging, on-brand, and aligned with the campaign objectives.

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, the Company believes the target range of base compensation for this role is $16/hr. - $43.75/hr. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
