Donut Company Located in Glendale Heights is now hiring Sanitation Workers!

Summary:
The Sanitation employee is responsible for cleaning the equipment, the facility and working in production as needed.

Sunday - Friday
7:00 PM to 3:30 AM
$17.50 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Disassembles and reassembles machinery for washing
Gathers all garbage, cardboard and/or scrap and disposes in the proper manner.
Clean entire processing and finished goods line with various tools including scrapers, pressure water hoses, air guns, sanitizing wipes, etc.
Use floor cleaning machine
Clean outside areas as required
Use a scissor lift to clean upper areas, including ceilings and overheads
Follows through with all tasks directed by team lead or manager
Reports about food safety or quality issues to a production supervisor, QA personnel or direct manager.
Complies with all food safety requirements.
Special projects as directed and assigned
Able to pack product in case of absenteeism, breaks or production needs.

Qualifications:
No prior manufacturing experience required. GED or High School diploma desirable.
Ability to comprehend basic English, read and write and follow basic instructions.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Physical Demands:
Standing and walking entire shift
Frequently lifts 10 to 30 pounds
Occasionally stoops and bends
Frequently pushes pulls, twists and turns.
Manual dexterity and mobility.
Constant repetitive hand/wrist and forearm movement and rotation.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Must be regular full-time employee.
Must be able to work flexible hours from Sunday to Saturday to include, up to 12 hours per day
Must be mechanically inclined.
Must be able to work alone or in teams.
