We are privately owned, with international headquarters in downtown Johnson City, TN. We operate multiple call centers internationally, and job opportunities are available at our Johnson City, TN and Sneedville, TN locations. Our team is committed to delivering the best service in the industry.

We are seeking qualified candidates to join the team of Customer Solutions Specialists (CSS). The CSS team is responsible for taking inbound calls from members in need of roadside assistance (e.g., tire change, jump start, tow) via phone, arranging the needed service by selecting and dispatching a service provider, and providing customer care and follow up.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from members needing roadside assistance
• Coordinate and dispatch service providers to fulfill requests
• Provide customer care and follow-up to ensure satisfaction
• Utilize company technology to locate addresses, perform research, and conduct basic typing tasks
• Collaborate with service providers across the US and Canada to assist customers
• Operate with a modern technology platform that helps streamline tasks

Qualifications

• Customer-oriented with good communication skills
• Ability to use technology to perform address location, research, and basic typing
• No prior experience required for entry level opportunities
• No cold calls, no sales, and no collections as part of this role
