Led by two owners committed to mentoring and developing future leaders, the company is seeking quality individuals with 2+ years of experience or transferable skills who are eager to grow into lead positions.

Job Highlights :

• Training Provided : Owners will personally train and invest in the right candidates.
• Primary Service Area :
  • 60% of work in Tampa
  • 20% in St. Petersburg
  • 10-20% in Sarasota
• Travel : Round-trip travel within a 120-mile radius.
• Work Type : On-site, hands-on construction with no central office location.

Requirements :

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Experience in window and door installation is preferred but not required.
• Carpentry skills are a plus.
• Must be willing to travel within the designated service areas.

Hiring Details :

• Location : Near Tampa International Airport (close to 275 and I-4).
• Employment Type : Hourly, full-time positions.
• Interview Process :
  • Step 1: Initial conversation with each owner.
  • Step 2: On-site interview to assess hands-on skills.
