Responsibilities:Conduct on-site and off-site interviews. Contact clients, collaterals, and others to schedule and confirm appointments. Engage clients in an effort to maintain contact per project protocols. Document activities. Use motivational interviewing and other interventions. Participate in case review meetings. Collect bodily fluids as needed per project protocol. Adjust work schedule as needed to meet project needs. Network to expand contacts. Perform office duties including answering phones, faxing, entering data, filing, and photocopying.
Qualifications:Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Must obtain GAIN/ABS certification within 6 months of hire date. Excellent communication skills required. Must be able to work required hours and adjust work schedule to meet the position requirements. Must be able to work evenings and/or weekends as assigned.
