As a CNC Machinist (5-Axis) , you’ll operate world-class DMG Mori and Haas multi-axis machines —post-processing 3D-printed parts for top aerospace, defense, and industrial customers. You’ll join a team pushing the boundaries of machining while developing your own programming and automation skills.

What You’ll Do\n

• Set up, run, and operate programs on DMG Mori and Haas CNC machines for complex precision parts
\n
• Execute machining operations from blueprints, drawings, and schematics under tight tolerances
\n
• Perform on-machine and manual deburring and part finishing
\n
• Inspect parts using on-machine probing and manual precision tools (micrometers, thread gauges, indicators)
\n
• Handle routine machine maintenance and cutting-fluid management
\n
• Participate in process-improvement projects to increase throughput and efficiency
\n

What You Bring\n

\n
• 5+ years of CNC machine setup and operation experience
\n
• Proficiency machining aluminum, stainless, titanium, or Inconel
\n
• Experience with 5-axis DMG Mori machines
\n
• Ability to read blueprints and part drawings
\n

Preferred Skills & Experience

\n
• Familiarity with Siemens controls
\n
• CNC programming experience and fixture design knowledge
\n
• Experience machining metal 3D-printed parts
\n
• NTMA machinist certification (or equivalent)
\n
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and CMMs
\n
• Ability to operate cranes, forklifts, and shop equipment
\n
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
\n

Compensation\n

$35 – $55 per hour , based on experience and technical expertise.
Top-tier candidates with deep multi-axis and fixture experience may qualify for the upper range.
