Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated Controller to oversee and manage our financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely financial records, preparing financial statements, and providing financial guidance to senior management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee all accounting processes, including month end close, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Maintain accurate and timely financial records and ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Provide financial guidance to senior management, including analysis of financial data and forecasting
• Manage financial reporting and ensure timely and accurate submission of all financial reports to relevant stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with government contracting regulations and requirements

Qualifications :

• CPA certification
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical accounting and full cycle accounting
• Experience in Aerospace or Manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of government contracting regulations and requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in a team environment
