Our client, a global leader in logistics and supply chain management , is seeking a Customer Logistics Intercompany Project Manager to join their team, fully onsite , in Maplewood, MN . As a Customer Logistics Intercompany Project Manager, you will be part of the Global Logistics department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent project management abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Logistics Intercompany Project Manager

Location: Maplewood, MN

Pay Range: $71/HR + Benefits

Contract Duration: 12-Months

• Report to Global Logistics, ensuring strategic alignment across cross-functional teams, facilitating Intercompany vehicle utilization and shipment optimization.
• Leverage Power BI analytics to identify trends, underutilized nodes and lanes, and drive continuous improvement in Intercompany Load Factor Metrics.
• Develop decision-support tools, including prioritization matrices and process maps, to accelerate the rollout of load factor initiatives.
• Prepare and participate in onsite events including Distribution Centers and Manufacturing plants, Workshops, and Summits.
• Collaborate with various teams to optimize Intercompany shipping schedules and improve overall shipping efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in logistics, particularly in customer logistics, packaging, and transportation.
• Proven track record of implementing logistics efficiency projects successfully.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to create structure and framework around project management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide executive report outs.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
