\n\t\t\t\t\tProvides outstanding service to promote deep and lasting member relationships.\nAnswers general inquiries and performs account maintenance via phone or email channels.\nMeets/exceeds key critical metrics.\nResearches and resolves problems under the mentorship of the Supervisor or Lead with a sense of urgency.\nTakes ownership of member concerns, sets the expectations, and provides timely follow- up/resolution.\nSees opportunities to offer additional credit union products, promotions, and services to members and generates referrals that deepen relationships.\nMaintains knowledge of credit union policies, procedures, and regulations.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.

\n\t\t\t\t\tBilingual Spanish (preferred)\nAbility to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.\nResolves requests with a sense of urgency and escalates timely.\nPromotes and participates in a cohesive team environment.\nEffectively communicates ideas and information, both verbally and in writing.\nTakes ownership and acts proactively to solve member concerns.\nUtilizes tools and resources to solve sophisticated inquiries.\nCreatively thinks in an unexpected way to resolve member concerns while adhering to policies and regulations.\nAnalyzes information and recommends achievable operational improvements.\nExcellent customer service and communication skills.\nMember-centric with a friendly, professional demeanor.\nMinimum of a high school diploma; some college course work preferred; degree highly desirable.\n1+ year experience in call center customer service\nCourtesy, tact, and diplomacy with current and potential members, peers, and staff.\nProficient with Microsoft Office software and standard office equipment; proficiency with call center programs desired.\nFamiliarity and comfort with online systems and other technology.

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
