Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and skilled Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will receive texts, calls and emails regarding equipment rentals, such as dumpsters and aerial lifts. It is your responsibility to be responsive and professional, contributing to the overall goal of prompt, friendly. and safe service. The ideal candidate is highly organized with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound texts, emails, and calls
• Collect and document information from clients
• Transmit information to the appropriate person or department
• Utilize technology to best understand, prepare, and deliver equipment in an optimal fashion
  • Example: Using Google Earth to assess a drop site for sizing and delivery approach
• Create, process, and exchange paperwork appropriate to the role

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
• Previous experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar position
• Excellent typing and data entry skills
• Understanding of best practices and procedures for emergency response situations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects
• Ability to work well under pressure
