Senior Dynamics CRM Developer

Location: Raritan, NJ (hybrid – on-site as needed)

Long-term contract with potential for extension

Client: Fortune 50 healthcare leader

About the Role

We are supporting a Fortune 50 healthcare organization on a major transformation initiative as they migrate from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. This is a large-scale program with multiple teams engaged, and we’re seeking a hands-on Senior Dynamics CRM Developer to contribute to the buildout and enablement of the platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and configure solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Service, and Case Management modules).
• Build and maintain automations and scripting using PowerShell and UI automation tools.
• Support enablement of the Power Platform within CRM (Power Automate is a nice to have , not a core focus).
• Collaborate with senior architects, consultants, and business stakeholders to ensure platform alignment with business needs.
• Participate in go-live support, configuration updates, and platform enhancements.
• Provide technical expertise to help teams build and work effectively within Dynamics.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development .
• Strong knowledge of customizations, configurations, and CRM concepts .
• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting and experience creating automations.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) preferred but not required.
• Awareness of CRM processes such as sales, customer service, and case management .
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
