Position Summary:

The Electrician Helper assists licensed electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. This role involves working alongside experienced electricians to support the completion of electrical projects, ensuring safe and efficient operations. The Electrician Helper will gain hands?on experience in various aspects of electrical work, including wiring, system upgrades, and troubleshooting, under the guidance of skilled professionals.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Daily All Team Meeting Attendance: Attend and participate in daily all team meetings.
• Assist with Electrical Installations: Help with the installation of wiring, electrical panels, and lighting systems according to project specifications.
• Support System Upgrades: Aid electricians in upgrading and modifying existing electrical systems, ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Material Handling: Ensure all necessary materials and tools are ready and available for electricians at the job site.
• Basic Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing electrical issues and performing basic repairs under supervision.
• Safety Support: Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring that safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Tool and Equipment Maintenance: Keep tools and equipment in good working order, performing routine cleaning and maintenance as needed.
• Learning and Development: Gain knowledge and skills from experienced electricians to advance in the electrical trade.
• Documentation: Help document installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks as directed by electricians or supervisors.
