Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Remote Travel Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting customized travel itineraries, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that our clients have memorable and seamless travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget.
  • Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, excursions, and transportation options.
  • Create detailed travel itineraries, including booking accommodations, flights, and activities.
  • Provide clients with travel tips, advice, and resources to enhance their travel experience.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve any travel-related issues that may arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in travel planning or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and word docs
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for travel and a deep knowledge of various destinations.
  • Open to learning new concepts and taking direction.
  • Fluency in English is a plus.
