Role purpose The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists. Responsibilities Lead QA testing activities across mobile and ETL projects. Design and execute complex SQL queries for ETL validation. Collaborate with business, Product Owner, and developers to refine requirements; prepare detailed test plans covering both Android and iOS platforms. Create and execute ETL test cases ensuring high data quality; work on Hadoop/Big Data testing using Hive. Develop Tableau dashboards and data insights. Perform regression and UAT testing for data migration. Work with Informatica workflows and PL/SQL scripts; coordinate defect tracking and resolution using JIRA. Qualifications and experience Required Skills: 10+ years of experience in ETL, TOSCA, Mobile Testing, and Software Quality Assurance. Skilled in SQL scripting, backend testing, Agile methodologies, and leading end-to-end QA initiatives. Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions across Telecom, Healthcare, and Retail. Experience: 5-8 years.
