As an Events Assistant, you will receive comprehensive training while being the face of our clients at a variety of promotional events. While prior experience in events, promotions, or customer engagement is a plus, it's not a requirement.
Your Role & Responsibilities: As an Events Assistant, you will:
- Spearhead the execution of promotional sales events and activities.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless operations during events.
- Engage with potential customers to promote brands' products and services at exciting events
- Build meaningful relationships with customers to understand their needs
- Conduct captivating presentations and demonstrations (as required by the client)
- Master and retain knowledge about the brands' products, services, and competitor offerings
- Professionally handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses
- Complete new customer registrations
- Keep track of interactions and compile daily reports to provide valuable feedback to clients
- Effectively closing sales by demonstrating the value of products or
services and overcoming any objections from clients. - Upsell promotional products and complete sales transactions as needed.
- Contribute to post-event activities, such as gathering feedback and
compiling sales reports.
