Day to Day: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, both existing and new Conduct phone screenings, analyze responses, verify references, and validate candidate qualifications to meet client requirements and culture Develop and execute recruiting strategies to find the most qualified candidates Identify new business opportunities and generate leads as needed Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required 2+ years of agency recruiting and business development experience Self-motivated and proactive Passionate about excelling in your role Strong work ethic and disciplined mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Why ERG?
