Job Title: Game Developer (US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop core gameplay mechanics and systems, ensuring a fun and engaging user experience.
• Work closely with artists, designers, and sound engineers to integrate visual and audio assets into the game.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Create prototypes to test and validate game concepts and mechanics.
• Analyze and optimize game performance for various platforms, ensuring smooth gameplay and high frame rates.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
• Maintain clear documentation of game systems, design choices, and coding practices.
• Actively participate in playtesting sessions and iterate on game features based on feedback.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and competitor games to innovate and enhance our offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, C++, or Java; experience with scripting languages is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine; familiarity with their workflows and tools.
• Strong understanding of game design principles, including level design, user interface, and player experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, communicating ideas clearly and respectfully.
• A portfolio showcasing your previous work, including games you've developed or contributed to.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
