Home Inspector job at Pillar to Post Upland, CA, US

Job Description

Join The LANG Team of Pillar to Post as a Home Inspector where you will play a crucial role in helping clients understand the condition of their prospective homes. Based out of Upland, this position offers a rewarding opportunity to apply your expertise in property evaluation while assisting buyers and sellers with informed decision-making. Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive inspections of residential properties to assess structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other key systems.
Prepare detailed inspection reports that clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
Work closely with clients to explain inspection results and answer any questions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and inspection procedures.

Requirements

Valid home inspector association certification (ASHI, CREIA, NACHI).
Strong understanding of residential construction and systems.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and ability to produce thorough, accurate inspection reports.
Reliable transportation and ability to work independently.

Competitive monthly compensation ranging from $3,000.00 to $7,000.00 depending on experience and workload.

Mileage reimbursement of $0.50/mile plus opportunity for company vehicle in late 2026 depending on work performance.
