**Job Title: Cleanroom Production Operator**
**Job Description**
As a Cleanroom Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in manufacturing by adhering to cGMP and ISO standards. You will be responsible for assembling cartridges and reagent kit components and following all manufacturing SOPs. This position requires both independent work and teamwork within an assembly line.
**Responsibilities**
+ Organize and maintain the floor area and supplies used during work.
+ Work independently and as part of an assembly line team.
+ Maintain a safe work environment concerning chemicals and equipment.
+ Resolve line issues and suggest improvements.
+ Operate all manufacturing line equipment.
+ Adhere to the manufacturing schedule and complete manufacturing work orders on time.
+ Review completed device manufacturing records and work orders, identify and correct errors, and submit finished documentation for quality release.
+ Serve as a role model for cGMP manufacturing.
+ Assist with special projects as requested and perform additional duties as assigned.
**Essential Skills**
+ Knowledge of production, assembly, and cleanroom practices.
+ Familiarity with packaging, SOPs, GMP, and medical device manufacturing.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma required.
+ Entry-level position; no experience needed, but must pass an assessment with 75% or higher.
+ retail, customer service, food service, or warehouse is preferred.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, CA.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.16/hr.
