Diamond Select, Inc. is working with a fabulous Dairy Queen team to hire a Kitchen Manager for a high-volume location in Twinsburg, Ohio. Supervisory experience preferred; hours could be 4:00 to close (usually out by 10:45 pm) four-five nights a week, or if 1 day shift, hours likely 9:00 to 4:00. Competitive wages; range of $16-$22/hr. The primary responsibilities of a Kitchen Manager are to oversee the daily operations of the kitchen and supervise the kitchen staff. This includes coordinating food orders, ensuring food preparation and storage comply with health and safety regulations, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization.
Key duties of a Kitchen Manager include:
- Supervising and directing kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service
- Training kitchen staff on food prep, plating, and safety procedures
- Ensuring the kitchen adheres to all relevant health and safety regulations
To be successful in this role, Kitchen Managers typically need 3+ years of experience in a similar position. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills are also essential.
