We are looking for a Market Manager to join our team who are committed to serving our patients with compassion and integrity. The Market Manager is responsible for coordinating & generating new hospice business in both existing and new accounts, identifying new markets and maintaining existing service, training, and mentoring new Hospice Liaisons, as well as coordinating care for referred patients. The Market Manager will have five to ten top accounts assigned to them to call on a weekly basis. The Market Manager's primary responsibility is serving as a liaison between the agency, hospitals, medical community, and other referral sources. This position educates the community and the medical profession/referral sources regarding hospice services. This position involves daily interaction with patients, medical professionals, other referral sources, and the community to assure continuity of care and to coordinate appropriate communication and documentation. This position works closely with agency personnel to ensure that patient care is handled efficiently and effectively. The Market Manager is regularly engaged away from the employee’s place of business in performing these duties. You'll also make a meaningful difference by working closely with patients and their care team to ensure continuity of care, proper communication, and correct documentation.

Qualifications:

A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care

    • Education : Minimum of an Associate Degree required in field of study or proven work experience in health related field
    • Experience : Five (5) years proven marketing and managerial skills and experience and three (3) years experience in a clinical care setting. Hospice preferred.
    • Required: Reliable transportation.
