Base pay range

$25.00/yr - $28.00/yr

Our client, a fertility company based in New York, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will prepare and process state and federal licensing and registration applications and renewals, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. You will also take the necessary steps to facilitate timely approvals and promptly respond to any information requests. This is a hybrid position, and new graduates are encouraged to apply!

Job Function

• Review and proofread member?facing materials, including guides, benefit flyers, and product sheets, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with benefit details.
• Order and track marketing shipments for benefits fairs, employee events, and other Open Enrollment activities.
• Support the team with campaign and operational tasks, including vendor communication, content edits, project tracking, and general administrative support.

Job Requirements

• Familiarity with project management tools (such as Monday.com) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing or an administrative role.
