What You Will Experience in This Position:

    \n
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying appropriate primers.
  • \n
  • Apply paint using various methods such as brushes, rollers, or spray guns.
  • \n
  • Ensure quality control by inspecting finished work for imperfections.
  • \n
  • Maintain painting equipment and tools in good working condition.
  • \n
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working.
  • \n
\n

You have:
    \n
  • 1-3 years of experience in industrial painting or a related field.
  • \n
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations.
  • \n
  • Industrial paint experience preferred.
  • \n
  • Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
  • \n
  • Mechanical knowledge for equipment setup and maintenance.
  • \n
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
  • \n

Pay Transparency

nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.

Compensation Range:
$14.80 - $27.50 Per Hour

Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
