This is the ideal position for someone looking to work with a dedicated group of people who is organized, personable, a critical thinker, and has a strong commitment to service excellence!## Job Description:**What you will do;*** Collaborates with managers, supervisors, and staff to assess the learning needs and competencies of staff or students* Maintains, provides, and reviews training documents related to clinical competencies, departmental/organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and the use of clinical information technologies* Monitors training progress and serves as a consultant/mentor for staff or students in applicable areas* Performs all responsibilities of underlying job**What you will have;*** Certification by American Society of Clinical Pathologists - Phlebotomy Technician: PBT(ASCP), or equivalent, is preferred* Associates degree in a related field preferred* 3+ years of relevant experience preferred* Ability to work independently and as a team player* Strong knowledge of regulations, guidelines and competency requirements## Scheduled Weekly Hours:40## Scheduled Work Shift:## Job Exempt:No## Benefits:Supporting all aspects of our employees wellness physical, emotional and financial is a critical component of being a great place to work.
