What You'll Do:
Oversee daily operations in corrugator and finishing departments
Drive safety, quality, and efficiency across all production areas
Manage schedules, teams, and equipment to meet production goals
Coach and develop team members for success
Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce waste
What We're Looking For:
12+ years of corrugator and finishing experience
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
Results-driven with a focus on safety and quality
