Salary: 16.60

Job Title: Production Operator/ Boxing

Key Responsibilities:

• Process turkeys in a food production environment
• Perform repetitive, physical tasks requiring standing for entire shifts

Required Skills & Qualities:

• Physical stamina and ability to handle heavy use of hands
• Comfort with repetitive motion and long periods of standing
• Ability to work safely in a food processing environment
• Willingness to work through the seasonal period

Experience & Education:

• No specific experience required
• Previous food processing experience preferred but not required
• No formal education or certifications necessary

Work Environment:

• Bilingual workplace
• Employees provided smocks and boots; street clothes allowed but must not include shorts
• Boxing area requires boots (reimbursed by employer)
• Physically demanding and hot working conditions for sanitation roles

Lifting Requirements: Up to 20 lbs

Testing & Screening:

• No skills testing, drug testing, or background check required
