As a Professional Chauffeur at Axis Coach, you will play a key role in delivering safe, reliable, and luxurious transportation services to our esteemed clients, ranging from corporate executives to the general public. Your commitment to excellent customer service and professionalism will reflect our company’s mission to provide the highest level of transportation experience. We offer training for those entering the industry and welcome experienced drivers and those looking to build a rewarding career.
Responsibilities:
1. Professional Driving: Safely operate a variety of vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, or luxury cars, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. Ensure a smooth, comfortable journey for clients in Boston, New Hampshire, and surrounding areas.
2. Passenger Assistance: Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, assist with luggage or personal belongings and ensure their comfort throughout the trip.
3. Expert Route Planning :Utilize navigation systems to plan efficient routes, considering traffic conditions and client preferences. Stay updated on road conditions to minimize travel time and maximize client satisfaction.
4. Safety and Maintenance: Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness. Promptly report any maintenance or repair issues and keep the vehicle clean and presentable.
5. Exemplary Communication: Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients, adhering to their instructions, addressing inquiries, and providing a seamless customer service experience.
6. Utmost Confidentiality: Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of all client information, conversations, and destinations.
7. Effective Time Management: Ensure timely pickups and drop-offs, adhering to schedules and adapting to changes or delays efficiently.
8. Problem-solving Prowess: Handle unexpected situations, such as traffic or itinerary changes, with professionalism and efficiency to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bus driving, commercial driving, shuttle driving, delivery driving, or limousine services is preferred but not required. We offer comprehensive training for the right candidate.
- Familiarity with Boston, NH, and local routes is a must.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
- A DOT Medical Card is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility with scheduling to accommodate varying client needs.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
- Must own or acquire a solid black suit, white shirt, and tie.
- Experience in hospitality or related fields is a plus.
