Job Description
Olmsted Medical Center (OMC) requires students pursuing a career in radiology or ultrasound who have applied to an accredited program that has a shadowing requirement to fill out an application to shadow at OMC. OMC offers either a 4 or 8 hour shadowing opportunity. As a potential student you will have the opportunity to shadow a technologist and observe all aspects of their job. As a potential student OMC does require you to have your immunizations up to date after shadowing. A copy of your immunizations are needed to be kept on file. Potential students are also required to complete HIPPA and confidentiality training after shadowing.
