Restoration Technician

Pay: $19-$21/hr DOE + OT + Benefits

Location: Denver, CO

How you’ll spend your time as a Restoration Technician:

• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Manage project scope, equipment setup, and jobsite organization according to IICRC, MICA, and company standards.
• Oversee documentation accuracy and timeliness for billing and compliance with insurance metrics.
• Support and mentor Production Technicians, ensuring quality work and professional conduct.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, office staff, supervisors, and insurance representatives.

Skills & experience we’d like you to have as a Restoration Technician:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in restoration, construction, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to read and execute work orders, scopes, and technical guidelines (IICRC standards).
• Proficient in documentation tools, including mobile apps, sketches, and logs.
• Capable of managing changing scopes, safety protocols, and multiple job sites.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Industry certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, OSHA, Lead, Asbestos Awareness) or willingness to obtain.
