Job Details We are currently seeking a highly skilled Revit Production Specialist to join our team. This exciting role is a permanent full-time position, offering the opportunity to work on a variety of innovative and challenging projects. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a passion for architectural design and engineering.
Responsibilities:
1. Utilizing Revit software to create complex 3D models and detailed designs for various engineering projects.
2. Collaborating with the engineering and design teams to ensure the accuracy and quality of all Revit models and drawings.
3. Producing detailed architectural drafting and construction documents in line with project specifications and standards.
4. Using AutoCAD software to create and modify 2D and 3D designs.
5. Managing and coordinating with other team members to meet project deadlines and achieve desired outcomes.
6. Presenting and explaining designs and design ideas to clients and other stakeholders.
7. Continually updating skills and knowledge in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant technologies.
8. Assisting in the development and implementation of Revit and CAD standards and protocols within the company.
9. Identifying and resolving potential design and drafting issues before they occur.
10. Providing technical support and guidance to junior staff and other team members.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, specifically with Revit and AutoCAD.
2. Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
3. A degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
4. Strong knowledge of architectural drafting, detail drawings, and engineering principles.
5. Exceptional technical design skills and attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and communicate complex design concepts clearly.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.
8. Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
9. A strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
10. A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
11. Professional certification in Revit or AutoCAD would be considered an asset.
