• You will spend a few days in the field with an educator after orientation.
• Position-1 : Fri-Sat-Sun-Mon l 32 hours a week
• Worcester Territory
• Position-2: Saturday & Sunday l 10am-10pm l 24-hours a week (Can do 32hrs)
• Worcester Territory
• Position-3: Friday & -Saturday l 10 or 12hrs days l 24-hours a week
• Leominster Territory
• Position-4: Mon-Fri, Mornings, 40 hours a week
• Concord Territory-1: : Littleton, Boxborough, Stow, Maynard, Acton
• Position-5 : Mon-Fri, Mornings, 40 hours a week
• Danvers Territory-2: Beverly, Wenham, Manchester, Gloucester, Essex, Ipswich)
• Position-6 : Fri-Sat-Sun-Mon l 32 hours a week
• Needham Territory-3: Needham on Fri & Mon /cover visits for Concord team on Sat and Danvers on Sunday)
• Mileage reimbursement is provided

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities

- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

- Monitor patient progress and update medical records accordingly

- Educate patients and their families on proper care techniques

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families

Qualifications

- Current RN license in the state of Massachusetts.

- Experience in home health and Phlebotomy.

- Proficiency in Oasis.
