You will be a key player in the consulting team and a subject matter expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. Location : Candidate must be located within the commuting distance of Richardson/Houston, TX or Raleigh, NC or Phoenix, AZ or Indianapolis, IN or Atlanta, GA or be willing to relocate to any of these locations. Responsibilities Participate in business process consulting and SAP FICO project execution across GL, AR, AP, AA, CO, CCA, PC, COPA and related tax processes. Lead configuration across all S/4 Finance sub-modules and manage functional integration with other SAP modules. Drive project processes, deliverables, proposal development, client training and internal capability building; define project scope and roadmap. Provide guidance to teams on implementation lifecycle activities including blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, configurations, data migrations, cutovers and go-live support. Engage in client communications, workshops and knowledge transfer; participate in change management and training efforts. Qualifications Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent; will consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time. Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance and the new features introduced by SAP in S/4 latest version. Experience in multiple SAP FICO support projects and at least two S/4 Finance implementation projects. In-depth understanding of FICO processes (GL, AR, AP, AA, CO, CCA, PC, COPA, Tax, and integration). Configuration experience across S/4 Finance sub-modules and understanding of functional integration with other SAP modules. Accounts Payable with focus on Payment Execution, Workflow Approval, Outputs, and Bank Integration. Preferred Qualifications Strong Finance domain and accounting knowledge; client-facing experience with good communication and presentation skills. Payment Outputs and Mediums EFT, Checks, Positive Pay, Factoring; Payment Output Integration with banks, providers and supplier portals. Design for Non-PO Invoice solution with approval matrix workflow; strong month-end closing understanding in S/4 and related processes. Working knowledge of FSCM & Treasury; experience with standard FIORI apps. Full life cycle implementation experience (Blueprinting, fit-gap, configurations, data migrations, cutovers, go-live). Experience with SLT, AIF, ALE, and MDG; Agile methodology familiarity; familiarity with ServiceNow, Autosys, Charm, Jira. Ability to drive workshops and training sessions with end users; SAP FICO certifications. The job entails an extensive amount of travel and requires sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Must be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
